Well architecture, casing-cementing schemes, BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly)/bit selection, and circulation parameters are evaluated alongside real-time field data. The Well Program is prepared based on target formations and operational conditions, with revisions managed through a planned management of change process.

At the operation site, well performance is secured by our experienced field engineers (Company Men/Supervisors) through:

• Engineering oversight of daily operations,

• Coordination of equipment and personnel,

• Management of technical decision-making mechanisms during critical operations,

• Instant monitoring and mitigation of operational risks.

All field operations are audited within the scope of API, ISO, and internal quality procedures, covering:

• Equipment conformity and compliance checks,

• Accuracy of operational records,

• HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and operational safety requirements. The Objective: To detect errors before they impact the field, thereby reducing operational losses and NPT (Non-Productive Time) to zero.

Transparent and measurable reporting is provided to the client/investor for every well through:

• Time schedules (Depth vs. Days),

• Budget tracking (AFE management),

• Operation progress reports,

• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance analyses. Thanks to this structure, deviations from the project schedule and cost overruns are brought under control at an early stage.

All drilling, workover, swabbing, and production processes are managed with full coordination between:

• Operations,
